It’s Monday night, and there’s been no new SCP for a whole week. “What gives?” you might ask. Well, it turns out that I’m a bit behind schedule. What can I say - it’s summer.

I’ll be posting a new strip on Wednesday night. So far I’ve got the pencils done and words more-or-less written. If you can’t wait for Wednesday, and you don’t mind spoiling the ending for yourself, you can see what the strip will probably look like by clicking here. Keep in mind that this is a work-in-progress, and as such is not entirely legible.

There’s no comic this week because I’ve spent all of my drawing time on the short story. Here’s a panel from page two:

Next comic will be up bright and early Monday morning. It will be *awesome*.

Here’s a panel from page 1 of the story that I’m working on for the next Cloudscape anthology. I’m pretty excited about how it’s turning out. The story is going to be called “subOrbital”, and it takes place in the early years of the US space program.

I’m not quite done the next comic yet, but here’s a preview.

Exciting news! I started a new job on Monday, so please bear with me as I settle back into some semblance of a routine. I’m going to try to get a comic out this week, although I have a wedding to attend this weekend, and I’m a bit behind on my Cloudscape project.

I should post something soon so that I don’t turn into one of those webcomic authors.

In other news, I’ve heard from a reliable source that the first round of books are starting to be delivered. Yay!
